WhisprHub, operated by C401 Studios, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
People under 18 may not register for or use WhisprHub. Adult-only access does not reduce or replace our child-safety obligations.
Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This prohibition includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking of children, and attempts to obtain or distribute such material. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
1. How to report a concern
WhisprHub provides in-app reporting controls on user-generated content and profiles. Use the report control, choose the closest available reason, and include useful context. You can also report a child-safety concern to hello@c401studios.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM when reporting it.
2. How WhisprHub responds
We review reports and take action when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing or restricting content, disabling accounts, preserving information where legally permitted, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
WhisprHub complies with applicable child-safety laws and reports confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional or national authority when required. We may retain limited safety and enforcement records where necessary to protect users, prevent repeat abuse, and comply with law.
3. Child-safety point of contact
Google Play, law-enforcement agencies, safety organisations, and users may contact WhisprHub's designated child-safety representative at hello@c401studios.com.
