By accessing or using WhisprHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use WhisprHub. These terms are designed to protect users, maintain a safe environment, and prevent abuse. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

1. Eligibility & Responsible Use

• You must be at least 16 years old to use WhisprHub.
• You are responsible for your own actions and all content you submit.
• You agree to use WhisprHub only for lawful, positive, and respectful purposes.
• Your use of WhisprHub must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use WhisprHub to:

1. Threaten, harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or impersonate others.
2. Post, share, or promote hate speech, discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.
3. Share private, confidential, or personally identifiable information (yours or others').
4. Distribute spam, advertisements, scams, or links to malicious content.
5. Exploit, probe, or attempt to circumvent security, moderation, or privacy features.
6. Manipulate, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app, servers, content, or other users.
7. Post sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
8. Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access WhisprHub or harvest data.
9. Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, such as by evading bans, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical loopholes, is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent removal and legal action.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

• We actively monitor for prohibited content and behavior using automated tools and human review.
• We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or block any content or user account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans and notification of relevant authorities.
• We may retain and review content for moderation, safety, and legal compliance.
• We do not guarantee that all violating content will be removed immediately; users are encouraged to report abuse.

4. Reporting Abuse

• Users can report abusive content or behavior directly within the app or by contacting support@whisprhub.com.
• False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Privacy & Data

• WhisprHub collects minimal personal data and is designed for anonymity.
• Abuse of anonymity (e.g., to harass, threaten, or break the law) will result in loss of access and possible legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

• WhisprHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, content accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party links.
• We are not liable for any damages or harm resulting from use or misuse of WhisprHub.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WhisprHub constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email (if available).

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WhisprHub at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• You may stop using WhisprHub at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@whisprhub.com.
